Fairway Fortune - Privacy Policy

Last updated: DRAFT 2026-11-03. Tinker Time Studios ("we") makes Fairway Fortune, a golf board game for Android. This policy explains what the game collects and why. Contact: support@tinkertimestudios.com.

What we collect

• Anonymous account. The game signs you in anonymously through Unity Gaming Services. It creates a random player ID. We do not ask for your email, phone number, or real name.
• Game progress. Your holes played, scores, unlocks, streaks, currency, and customization choices are saved to your device and backed up to Unity Cloud Save under your anonymous ID.
• Name you choose. You pick a display name when you start. Leaderboards may show it, or a name assigned by the service, next to your scores. Do not use your real name or personal details.
• Leaderboard scores. Your score and per-hole results are sent to our servers so scores can be checked and ranked.
• Anonymous play data (only if you agree). If you tap "Share anonymous data", the game sends events such as holes finished, scores, rounds completed, and how often you play, through Unity Analytics. This includes device and app details Unity collects automatically (for example device model, OS version, and a country-level location from the connection). You can decline and still play fully.
• Referral codes. If you share or enter a referral code, we store the code and link between the two anonymous accounts to give rewards.
• Feedback you send. The in-game Feedback button saves your note and game details (screen, hole, device, recent log) on your phone. Nothing is sent to us unless you choose to share it.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not show advertising or use advertising IDs in the current beta.
• We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, or payment information. (The beta has no real-money purchases.)

Who processes data for us

Unity Technologies provides the anonymous sign-in, cloud save, leaderboards, and analytics. Their handling of data is described in the Unity Privacy Policy. Google Play distributes the app and may collect its own information about installs and crashes under Google's policies.

How long we keep it

We keep data while your anonymous account is active. To ask us to delete your data, email support@tinkertimestudios.com and include your player ID (you can find it in the game's Profile screen if available, or tell us the device and approximate date) and we will delete it or explain what we cannot find.

Your choices

• Decline analytics at the first prompt. To change your mind later, clear the game's data or reinstall.
• Ask for deletion by email, as above.

Children

Fairway Fortune is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above. Significant changes will be announced in the game or on this site.
